Sarah Elizabeth Skains and Andrew John Daniel Padron were married Saturday evening, March 2, 2013, in the Chapel at Ashelynn Manor in Magnolia. The Reverend Doug Dommer performed the ceremony. Divisi Strings, soloist Kobi Nichols and guitarist Ian Hodgdon provided the music for the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Douglas Skains of Magnolia. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Padron of San Antonio.
The Maid of Honor was Miss Paige Hoffman of Seguin and Matron of Honor was Mrs. Erin Groves of Cedar Park. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Karen Skains of Dallas, Miss Holly Handley of Abilene, and Mrs. Heather Dornburg of New Braunfels. Flower girls were Miss Ripley and Miss Harley McCallick of Seguin. Mr. Danny Padron served as his son's Best Man. Groomsmen included Mr. James Peters and Mr. Andrew McClintock of San Antonio, Mr. Matthew Skains of Dallas, and Mr. Kyle Ingraham of Seguin. Master Ryan Brewer of Spring was the Ring Bearer. Serving as Ushers were Mr. Braxton Harris of Seguin and Mr. Chris Lewis of Gorman. Members of the House Party included Miss Lexie Altinger of Midland and Mrs. Kathryn McClintock of San Antonio.
Following the candlelight nuptials a reception was held in the Carriage House at Ashelynn Manor in Magnolia.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of Klein High School and a 2012 graduate of Texas Lutheran University. She is a Kindergarten teacher at Oak Creek Elementary in New Braunfels.
Mr. Padron is a 2003 graduate of Tom C. Clark High School in San Antonio and a 2007 graduate of The University of Mary Hardin Baylor in Belton. He is the Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach at Texas Lutheran University.
Following a honeymoon in Puerto Rico, the couple will reside in Seguin.
