Miss Kristine Francis Allcott weds Mr. James Robert Eskew  Miss Kristine Francis Allcott and Mr. James Robert Eskew were united in marriage on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at half past three in the afternoon at The University Avenue Church of Christ in Austin, Texas. The ceremony was officiated by the bride's cousin, Reverend Ryan Allcott of Cincinatti, Ohio. Music for the ceremony was provided by Barton Strings Quartet. Ceremony readings were performed by Gail Eskew, groom's Godmother and Rhenalea Beck, close family friend. Bride's parents hosted a dinner and reception at Casa Blanca on Brushy Creek in Round Rock, Texas. The bride is the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Harry Allcott of The Woodlands, Texas. She is the granddaughter of Elizabeth McCarty of The Woodlands, Texas. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Eskew of Atlanta, Georgia. Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore a lace trumpet-style gown with a lace bolero jacket. The bride wore her maternal great grandmothers Brussels lace cathedral veil from 1911. The bride carried a hand-tied bouquet of cream hydrangeas, ivory garden roses, ivory roses, ivory spray roses and white ranunculus. Miss Kelsi Beck of New York, New York, served as Maid of Honor. Bridesmaids included Miss Leighton Dellinger of Brooklyn, New York, Mrs. Molly Moore Eskew of Chicago, Illinois, Mrs. Kate Eskew Gilligan of Chicago, Illinois, Mrs. Kate Swenson White of Houston, Texas, Miss Noor Narula of Boston, Massachusettes and Miss Erin Reissman of Boston, Massachusettes. The flower girl was Miss Annie Eskew of Chicago, Illinois, niece of the groom. Mr. Pat Eskew of Chicago, Illinois and Mr. Pete Eskew of Washington, District of Columbia, brothers of the groom, served as best men. Groomsmen included Taylor Allcott of Houston, Texas, brother of the bride, Greg Geisecke of Dallas, Texas, Josh Filus of Chicago, Illinois, Jason Martin of St. Louis, Missouri, John Gilligan of Chicago, Illinois and Erik Wahlborg of Mount Prospect, Illinois. The ring bearers were Charlie Gilligan, Jack Gilligan and Tommy Eskew, nephews of the groom. House party included Lauren Neff of Washington, District of Columbia and Ashley Wassler of Houston, Texas. Ushers were John O'Gara of Chicago, Illinois and Austen Beck of Houston, Texas. The bride is a graduate of The Woodlands High School, The Woodlands, Texas. She graduated from the Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration and from the Massachusettes Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management, Boston, Massachusettes with her Masters in Business Administration, and now works for Accenture Consulting. The groom is a graduate of Marist School, Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Harvard Business School, Boston, Massachusettes with his Masters in Business Administration, and now works for Dell Inc. in Austin. Following a Mini-moon to Santa Fe, New Mexico, Kristine and Jim reside in Austin, Texas.
