Megan Elise McGahan and Stephen Michael Weigold were united in marriage on September 24, 2016 at Niagara University Alumni Chapel in Niagara University, NY. The bridal couple was honored to have Father Joseph Levesque, former Niagara University President, officiate at the ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Joseph and Deborah McGahan of the Town of Wilson. Grandparents of the bride are Josephine Capone of the Town of Wilson, the late Settimio "Sam" Capone, John McGahan and Norine McGahan. Parents of the groom are Thomas and Janice Weigold of Grand Island. Grandparents of the groom are Ruth Rocke of Grand Island, the late Ferdinand Rocke, George Weigold and Dorothy Weigold. The groom's parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at The Como Restaurant in Niagara Falls. A formal wedding reception, hosted by the bride's parents, was held at Salvatore's Italian Garden's in Williamsville. The bride, a graduate of Wilson High School, earned a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Niagara University, and a bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Stony Brook University, Stony Brook, NY. She is an Information Analyst III-QARR at Fidelis Care in Amherst. The groom, a graduate of Grand Island High School, earned a bachelor's degree in Industrial and Quality Assurance Engineering from the University at Buffalo. He is a Purchasing Manager at Mod Pac in Buffalo. The Bridal Couple honeymooned in San Francisco and Napa Valley, CA, and have made their home in Williamsville.
